  • For the Password, if you are logging in for the first time, use the default password format:

  • First two digits of your birth month

  • Last two digits of your birth year

  • Last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN)

  • Combine those numbers to form your temporary password.

  • Click the “Login” button to access your personalized dashboard, where you can manage your schedule, view pay stubs, and more.​

Resetting Your Password

  • If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it:

  • Go to the login page: compassmobile.dollartree.com.​

  • Click on the “Forgot Password” link.​

  • Enter your Employee ID/Username and follow the on-screen instructions.​
